AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and JC Performance Marketing, LLC, doing business as The NP Mom ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Caldwell, Idaho, concerning your access to and use of our website, digital products, and related services (collectively, the "Site").
